Registration

A. Full Conference (Three Day) - Pediatric Track Option – $275.00
Allows attendee to attend all 3 days (7/29-7/31) choosing the pediatric track on Friday (7/31).
B. Full Conference (Three Day) - MIH Track Option – $275.00
Allows attendee to attend all 3 days (7/29-7/31) choosing the mobile integrated healthcare track on Friday (7/31).
C. Full Conference (Three Day) - Critical Care Track Option – $275.00
Allows attendee to attend all 3 days (7/29-7/31) choosing the critical care track on Friday (7/31).
D. Two Day (Wed/Thur) Mental Health and Instructor Update – $200.00
This includes admission into the Mental Health track on 7/29 and Educator track on 7/30.
E. Two Day (Thur/Fri) Educator and Pediatric – $200.00
This includes admission into the Educator track on 7/30 and Pediatric track on 7/31.
F. Two Day (Thur/Fri) Educator and MIH – $200.00
This includes admission into the Educator track on 7/30 and MIH track on 7/31.
G. Two Day (Thur/Fri) Educator and Critical Care – $200.00
This includes admission into the Educator track on 7/30 and Critical Care track on 7/31.
H. One Day (Wed 7/29) Conference - Mental Health – $100.00
This includes admission into Mental Health track on 7/29 only.
I. One Day (Thur 7/30) Conference - Educator (Instructor Update) – $100.00
This includes access to the Educator track on 7/30 only.
J. One Day (Fri 7/31) Conference - Pediatrics – $100.00
This includes access to the Pediatric track on 7/31 only.
K. One Day (Fri 7/31) Conference - Mobile Integrated Healthcare – $100.00
This includes admission into the MIH track on 7/31 only.
L. One Day (Fri 7/31) Conference - Critical Care – $100.00
This includes admission into the Critical Care track on 7/31 only.
M. Banquet / Awards Dinner Only – $40.00
This ticket type admits one individual to the evening banquet on Thursday evening (dinner included).
N. 2026 Speaker Registration
This ticket is for use by speakers only.

Welcome to the registration for the 2026 TEMSEA conference held at the Embassy Suites in Murfreesboro, TN July 29-July 31, 2026.

All conference registrations include:

Admission into the specified track(s) purchased
2026-2027 TEMSEA membership fee
Admission for one (1) to the 2026 Annual Membership Meeting and Awards Banquet held the evening of July 30
Admission to a vendor sponsored Social with live music and cash bar beginning at 8pm on July 30

New for 2026 - Attendees can choose the option to include lunch tickets in their registration. TEMSEA will host to several area food trucks on site each day of the conference. Use your ticket to select incredible food from one of the food trucks on site.

Attendees may choose to register for the full conference or select just the tracks they wish to attend. The 2026 TEMSEA conference has been submitted for approval for CAPCE credit. Attendance at the Educator track on 7/30 has been approved by the TN State Office of EMS to satisfy TCA 1200-12-01-.12 rules for renewal related to attendance at annual instructor update or conference.

Cancellation Policy:
120+ Days from Conference - 100% refund (minus associated payment processing fees if applicable)
90-120 Days from Conference - 75% refund (minus associated payment processing fees if applicable)
30-90 Days from Conference - 50% refund (minus associated payment processing fees if applicable)
<30 Days from Conference - No Refunds Issued if Cancellation Within 30 Days
Registration Fees Are Non Transferable
